'kilig' can both mean the feeling of love and excitement.

ex,

"Nakakakilig naman sila!"

Can be translated as, "They're too sweet!" or

"I'm feeling inloved just seeing those two."

Kilig doesn't really have the exact translation for the English language but as for what I've heard it is already been published in an English dictionary not sure where though.
